(a) Certification by Governor.–Not later than 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act, for funds provided to any State or agency thereof, the Governor of the State shall certify that: (1) the State will request and use funds provided by this Act; and (2) the funds will be used to create jobs and promote economic growth.

In other words, let’s say you have a Republican Governor in your state, who hasn’t been exactly supportive of the plan approved by Congressional Democrats. That Governor is going to have to send Congress a note saying, “Yep, I want yer damn money.”

Google search shows com.microsoft in address bar, why?

Checking things out on Google today to produce various search results to determine what has/has not been indexed yet, etc.  Using the “back2constitution.com” with additional criteria brought expected results.  Then using just the term back2constitution.com without quotes hung IE for a spell.  While waiting I noticed the address bar showed:

Notice the “rls=com.microsoft.com”.  What did Google do with my search wih Microsoft?   If anyone knows, please comment.

School Choice:
- Is not true that Americans of African descent want to take the tax dollars already alloted to their child’s local school and send their child and the tax dollars to a school of their choice or is it that their failing, drug ridden, gang controlled public school just right for their child?
- Don’t they want smaller classrooms or are the children learning just fine in their old, dirty, bug infested, overcrowded, government buildings with government employees teaching?
- Don’t they want less violence, or are they happy with the level of violence their child sees and may be lured into or already may be involved in?

I am for the Fairness Doctrine. No not that one…

- Everyone should pay the same tax rate.
   – I think that would be fair.
- Parents should be able to take their school tax dollars and send their children to the school of their choice.
  – Well in all fairness, parents should have that ability.
- Every worker should receive their full paycheck with no taxes removed.
  – Taxing the purchase instead of taxing your paycheck sounds fair to me.
- Term limits should be set on senators and representatives
  – That sounds fair, it gives more opportunities to others and limits power.

Sure, I am for the Fairness Doctrine, as long as the Fairness Doctrine looks like this.

So now it’s been announced that the White House will oversee the Census. Of course, the president has ultimate authority over cabinet officers (that’s the unitary presidency theory that Democrats hated up to but not beyond January 20), and I am not prepared to charge that Emanuel or anyone else in the White House is determined to diabolically cook the Census books in search of gains for the Democratic Party or the Black or Hispanic caucuses.

Census 2000, Only a Number was Given.

The 2000 census alotted me the opportunity to disclose specific personal information about myself and my family to the United States Imperial Government.  I did what any Constitutionalist would do.  I filled out the section of how many in my household and sent it back.  That’s it. No income levels, no races, no illegals, nothing more than what the
